4) End of Semester Celebration Hosted by Fineman & Pappas Law Libraries

When: Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Where: 3rd Floor Reading Room
What: Take a break from classes and exam prep, and join the law library for an end of the year celebration with wine, beer, and hors d'oeuvres to mark another school year in the books. (See what we did there!) We will be checking identification for beer and wine, make sure to have your id on you. We are looking forward to celebrating with you.

5) WLA and Outlaw's Clothing Drive

Where: McCausland Commons
What: Outlaw and WLA are co-hosting our annual clothing drive to benefit queer youth. This year all donations will go to BAGLY, an organization that provides support for Queer and Transgender youth in Massachusetts. Put your spring cleaning to good use and help support a marginalized community that is in need! All donations must be washed prior to donations, please!!

Please join Boston University School of Law, IRAP, International Law Society, CESLA, Immigration & Policy Law Society and the Middle Eastern & South Asian Law Students Association on Wednesday, April 12th at 5pm for a special screening of Tickling Giants. The screening will be held in room 102. Watch the trailer: http://bit.ly/2hSoBHe About the film: In the midst of the Egyptian Arab Spring, Bassem Youssef creates the satirical show, "Al Bernameg," which quickly becomes the most viewed television program in the Middle East, with 30 million viewers per episode. But, in a country where free speech is not settled law, his show becomes as controversial as it is popular. Despite increasing danger, Bassem employs comedy, not violence, to comment on hypocrisy in media, politics, and religion. Tickling Giants follows the "Al Bernameg" team as they discover democracy is not easily won.

What: Join CESLA for a relaxing night with America's favorite pastime and a Red Sox win! The Red Sox will be playing the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday, April 12th at 7:10pm. Tickets can be purchased on the link below for $40 each! The ticket price is for a single entry ticket to the game. Physical tickets will be distributed during the week of the game. 14) 8th Annual Empirical Health Law Conference

What: This conference is jointly hosted by Boston University School of Law and Duke University School of Law. The one-day conference will feature six paper presenters with one commenter per paper. The aim is to gather together researchers working in the field of empirical health law and policy to share empirical research ideas and perspectives on methodology.
